More than 40 people or 40 projects at once? A Custom plan has unlimited seats and projects, your own review domain (such as review.youragency.com) and no Final Fold name anywhere. Priced for your agency, billed yearly.
Questions before you choose
The trial, seats, billing and what happens when you change plans.
Every plan will start with a 14-day free trial when Final Fold opens, with no card. The trial includes everything in Business on up to three projects, with five team seats. Choose a plan before it ends to keep going. If you don’t, your workspace is paused: you and your clients can still open and export everything, but no new work starts. A paused workspace is deleted after 90 days, and we email you three times before that.
The free trial lets you decide before you pay, so there is no money-back period. A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the month you paid for. A yearly plan is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the first payment, and we remind you 30 days before each renewal. Billing mistakes are always refunded.
Only people on your agency’s team. Your clients, their reviewers and guest reviewers take part for free and never use a seat.
A project that is in review. Approved and archived projects don’t count toward your limit, so finishing work frees a place for the next one.
Yes, on Team and Business. Add seats at any time: $8 a month each on Team, up to 15 people, and $6 a month each on Business, up to 40 people. Individual is for one person.
Pay monthly, or yearly for the price of ten months: two months free. Extra seats follow the same billing period.
Nothing is deleted. If you move to a smaller plan and are over a limit, you keep everything you have and can’t add more; a feature the new plan doesn’t include is paused with its settings kept.
Pages are never limited, on any plan. Clients and their reviewers are free and never count as seats. Projects aren’t sold separately: archive finished work or move to a larger plan.
US dollars. Tax, such as VAT or sales tax, may be added at checkout, depending on where you are.
