Clients comment on the live website, your team works through every note, and each page is approved by name. Every project ends with a signed approval document, not a “looks good” in an email.
Website feedback spread over five email threads, screenshots without context, one more small change, and nobody sure who approved what. Final Fold gives each of these a rule your team and your client can both see.

Without it: Feedback arrives in five places.
With Final Fold: Every note is pinned to the element it is about, on the live page.
Without it: “Did you mean the mobile menu?”
With Final Fold: Screen size, browser and element are recorded with every note.
Without it: “Just one more small change.”
With Final Fold: Rounds of changes are counted per page. Anything extra comes to you to accept or decline.
Without it: “Who approved this, and when?”
With Final Fold: Every approval carries a name, a date and a reference, and ends in a signed document.

Watch a client comment on their live site, your team fix and resolve each note, and the approval owner sign off. Every step lands in the activity log as it happens.

Activity
What it changes
Clear feedback is only the start. On every project, Final Fold gives your team back hours, protects the fee you quoted, and leaves a history anyone can pick up.
Live-site review
Every note arrives ready to work on: the element, the page, the screen size and the browser are already attached. Give it a category and a priority, assign it, and talk it through in the comments. Your designers and developers spend their time fixing, not decoding.

Rounds of changes
Set how many rounds of changes each page includes. Both sides watch the count, and anything past it reaches you as an extra request to accept or decline, so you can price it before you do it. A fix that wasn’t done right never costs the client a round.
Approvals
One person on the client’s side owns the approval, so you never wait on a committee. Pages are approved one by one as they’re ready, and the project ends with that person’s signed approval: your signal to launch, hand over and send the final invoice.
The record
Every page keeps its own history: what was asked, who changed what, what was approved, and why anything was reopened or closed. When someone is away or moves on, the next person reads the activity, not their inbox.

For your clients
Your client opens the live site from a link and comments where they’re looking. There’s nothing to install and nothing to pay, and on Team and Business every page and report carries your logo, so the review feels like part of your service, not another tool to learn.

Colleagues comment from a personal link, without an account. Only the approval owner signs in.
Reviewers and approvers never pay, and never use one of your seats.
Final Fold opens the live site for them. No plugin, and no script on their website.
Getting started
There’s nothing to move over and nothing to install. Add the site’s address, choose your rules, invite your client, and the review begins. Your projects stay yours: export everything, any time.
Final Fold finds its pages from the sitemap. Add any others by hand.

Name one approval owner. Their colleagues join from a personal link, and your team joins with their own roles.
Notes reach the right person on your team, and reminders nudge a client who has gone quiet.

What your clients need to take part, who can sign off, how rounds of changes are counted, and what happens when a project changes or stalls after approval.
No plugin, ever: Final Fold opens the live website for them, so nothing is installed on it. The approval owner and reviewers sign in for free; guest reviewers can comment from a personal link without an account.
Each project has one approval owner on the client’s side. Everyone else can comment but not approve, so there is never a doubt about who signed off.
It is an authenticated approval inside Final Fold: the approval owner was signed in to their own account, typed their name, and the time and the approved revisions are recorded in a fixed PDF. It is not a qualified electronic signature.
One Request changes on a page is one round, however many notes it carries. Sending back something that was not fixed never uses a round. You choose how many rounds each project includes.
They can reopen approved pages within the number of reopenings you allow, with a reason. The earlier approval stays in the history and a new final approval is needed.
After a reminder and the inactivity period you choose, an Admin or Manager can close the project as “client unresponsive”. It is never marked approved, and the record shows why it closed.
