These terms cover your use of the Final Fold website (finalfold.io) and its waitlist. By using the site you agree to them. The Final Fold app isn’t available yet; when it opens it will have its own terms of service, which you’ll accept when you create an account.
Who we are
Final Fold (“we”, “us”) is based in Bangkok, Thailand. Email: hello@finalfold.io.
A product that isn’t open yet
- The website describes Final Fold as we’re building it. Features, plans and the planned prices may change before launch, and something shown here may work differently or not be part of the first release.
- Joining the waitlist is free and creates no contract and no obligation for you or for us. It doesn’t reserve a price or guarantee a launch date or a place in early access.
- Prices are in US dollars and become binding only when you choose a plan in the app, under its terms.
What’s on the website
- The product tour and screenshots show a sample project. Its people and businesses, such as Northwind Dental and Jane Cooper, are made up.
- Blog articles are general information about client reviews and approvals. They aren’t legal, financial or professional advice for your situation.
Using the website
Please don’t:
- sign up with an email address that isn’t yours, or for someone else without their permission;
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, or get around its limits;
- copy the site’s content in bulk or use automated tools on it in a way that affects other visitors;
- use the site to break the law or to send us anything harmful.
We may block access from anyone who does, and remove their signup.
Our content
The Final Fold name, logo, designs, product screenshots and text on this website belong to us. You’re welcome to quote or share our articles with a link back to the original. Anything else needs our permission.
Your ideas
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve Final Fold without owing you anything for them. We’re grateful for them all the same.
Other websites
Links to other websites, including the social profiles and share buttons, are there for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.
Changes to the website
We may change, pause or remove any part of the website, or the waitlist, at any time.
No guarantees
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it’s provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about it and aren’t liable for losses from using it or from not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability, or a consumer right, that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes go to the courts of Bangkok, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them there. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Using the website after a change means you accept the new version.
